Seniors rule the world. No say for contractors or juniors.
Everyone working independently, pointing fingers and blaming each other, not working towards the goal (successfully complete the project).
Too much politics. Too much.
Groupism. Disney employees will not invite contractors (specific) for coffee, lunch, or even talk to them during team lunch/celebration. I had this issue, not sure if this is the culture.
Please don’t let senior engineers rule the team/project and try to get rid of politics.
Be more involved.

I was asked to show examples of my work. There were four reviewers. They asked me to show examples of my drawings and previous projects I worked on. They wanted to know if I knew GD&T and ANSI drawing standards.
