Disney is an amazing media property to work on, and the company is good at getting developers the tools and capabilities they need to succeed. Everyone loves a free pass to Disneyland.
A lot of tumult at the mid and upper management levels of Disney means a lot of songs getting written for voices that will never share them.
In 4 years, my business unit changed CTO and names 3 times.
Try to get along better and realize that when the direction of a department changes so often, there are hidden costs to be paid in productivity and sense of mission.
