If you like Disney, then yes, it is exciting.
Contract to Hire is basically a lie. They just need you for 2 years. Then they will say they will try to hire you. Instead, they were too busy to file your paperwork and don't want you to check out.
If you want to Staff Aug, staff aug correctly. Don't give people hope for no reason.
