Very friendly workplace, with happy coworkers working on interesting things. Benefits are good, with some exceptionally good perks (free admission to Disney Parks!).
Compensation is not as competitive as it could be.
Organizational barriers are sometimes a bit excessive, leading to a reduced ability to get things done effectively.
Remote teams (away from corporate headquarters) are not listened to as much as teams with proximity to upper management. Please listen to them more.
