Process
I applied online and received an email for an initial phone interview.
I had to reschedule due to an emergency meeting at work. After rescheduling, I interviewed with the hiring manager.
She was pleasant but strict. However, I was uncomfortable when she repeatedly questioned why I hadn't rescheduled earlier, despite my apologies. I felt the interview became toxic, and I believe I intentionally performed poorly. I regretted attending the interview but felt obligated to be polite.

Basic DSA questions.
Very easy, but like I said, I intentionally butchered them.

Pros: I joined the team early this year and had high expectations based on Glassdoor reviews and other research I did on the company.
I'm surprised to report that my expectations have been exceeded. DocuSign truly cares about its employees and provides an environment that encourages intellectual creativity, teamwork, and innovation.
Cons: I'm sure I could find a few cons if I was forced to, but why do that? Nobody or company is perfect, and the pros far outweigh any con I could think of.

Pros: Great C-level leadership. The CEO seems to care about employees.
Docusign brand.
Decent benefits.
Product engineering gets lunch twice a week, which is weird but nice.
Opportunities to learn.
Regular surveys and employee feedback.
Cons: Not all teams have good work culture. Being an SDET in particular sucks. There are emails from release managers/on-call personnel on every Saturday/Sunday asking you to investigate failures. Work-life balance is poor, and a lot of folks, being in their first job or without family commitments, seem to be fine with it. SDET management is political and condescending. There is favoritism and a lack of transparency. It seems that both Seattle and SF are equally bad.
Tech stack is outdated.

2. Health insurance - free if you are single. For family, the overall premiums are still low.
3. Excellent work culture
4. Frequent happy hours
5. Lunch for engineering twice a week
6. Being in startup mode, the overall bureaucracy is at a very low level.
Cons: 1. No 401K match yet.
