I applied for the Software Engineer role at Docusign. A recruiter emailed me with a challenge to complete. I spent a week designing the project and sent the source code with perfect documentation. I received a reply stating that they had received the source. Over! But after that, there was no further communication. Come on, at least have the courtesy to reply to a candidate's emails. It has been four weeks since I submitted the code, and I have not received a reply. WORST!
