The interview had four stages:
The "Codecraft" section was incredibly unclear. The interviewer told me it would focus on design, then asked me to implement a simple 10-line function, leaving me unsure what to do for the next 40 minutes or even what the interview was testing. I asked questions to try to figure it out, but she mumbled so much I hardly understood anything she said, even as I asked her to repeat it. I found out only after the interview was over that it was supposed to be about coding style and maintainability. I went in expecting the speed-run style algorithm-focused interview most companies do, so I skipped commenting and breaking up functions, and that definitely hurt me in this round.
