Process
An engineer on the team reached out and talked about their team. It sounded interesting, so I started the process with a recruiter.
First round was a take-home project, which I spent a weekend on. I was rejected a couple of days later.
The feedback was that the pattern did not match how DD does iOS development. Shocking!
Different companies and teams do iOS development differently, and there are no clear-cut right or wrong approaches. I was surprised that was the reason.
