Their HR operations are an absolute joke.
I interviewed with this company... or rather, I tried to, back in early 2019. I showed up to the office and was taken to a meeting room, but then nobody showed up for an hour. I finally left because that's a laughable and startling experience to take away from what was supposed to be a job interview. Honestly, this company just doesn't get back to applicants in a timely manner, suffers "major miscommunications," and comes off as incredibly unprofessional.
Recently, I interviewed again (because I'm crazy, I guess) for the above-mentioned position. DoorDash didn't even hire me for this position, which I was perfectly capable of performing. Nothing but disappointment from them, especially regarding that first interview experience. Never again.
If you had a friend working at the company who you had to audit, and they weren't doing a very good job, how would you handle it?
