- Friendly colleagues
- Fairly free working schedule; there is no strict 9-5 requirement
- Free lunch and dinner provided
- Competitive salary
- People and management are interested in your job and well-being and provide the necessary means to help you out if necessary
- No walking on eggshells around people; people are easy to talk to
- Interesting projects and a lot to do :)
Cons: In some ways, still in the process of transitioning from a startup to a larger company, and the culture needs to follow suit slightly.
