- Analytics-driven growth: the company is meticulous about metrics and analytics and is very transparent about current goals and progress, as well as where improvements can be made.
- No project managers means that engineers get to talk to customers, merchants, and drivers to determine the scope of features and figure out what the company needs most.
- Engineering culture is good despite the average age of the employees being relatively young.
- Free meals at work.
- Benefits are good, but not great.
