I interviewed with DoorDash for a general software engineer position, although I ended up specializing in Android. The interviewers were very nice and got me excited about the problems at DoorDash.
In fact, the whiteboard coding round presented a problem pulled from their codebase. I received some small hints, and I thought all the prompts were fair and not too obscure.
At the end of the interview, I chatted with one of the founders and asked him about how he started DoorDash and what his vision was for it. I liked the story and was excited about the future of the company.
