Good compensation. That's it, honestly.

Cons

Weaponized company values.

All about squeezing more out of customers, restaurants, employees, and more.

After the mass layoffs, quality plummeted, and customer service became combative service.

They laid off so many people after telling everyone there would be no layoffs month-after-month. We had just seen the company financials, which were ahead of projections. The only explanation is corporate greed. And the stock price jumped up shortly after the layoffs, so it worked!

Advice to Management

It's too far gone. If you are a soulless money-grubber, you'll be happy here.
