For me, this was one of the best interview experiences I've had. The best part was probably the recruiters. Both the initial recruiter and the senior recruiter did a great job of facilitating the whole process.
After scoring 1000/1000 on the online assessment, I was directly moved to the virtual onsite. The "all-around" (behavioral) and technical deep-dive interviews were quite challenging but fun at the same time. The coding problems had many follow-ups that you needed to ace.
Every interviewer was very respectful and did their best to answer my questions.
Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and can't wait to start working for the company. It was very nice of them to send me a swag pack! This is on top of a great benefits package, an even greater well-being allowance, and core business hours. I've also heard of some unofficial "take a day off every month" kind of deal.
Dropbox does some serious work in terms of scalability, concurrency, and synchronization. I really hope they can successfully venture into other businesses and grow the company.
P.S. I got the offer right before the New Year.
