Process
The initial call with the recruiter went well. I was told about the CodeSignal assessment and its expectations, and that she could send it whenever I was ready to take it.
A week later, I responded saying I was ready to take the assessment. It's been a month with no response.
I'm sorely disappointed, as I was excited to interview with Dropbox. I understand things come up and hiring freezes may happen, but recruiters need to stop treating candidates like we aren't human. At least respond instead of ghosting.
