Pros: Most folks will tell you the same. Perks!
If you are fresh out of college, you will learn a lot.
Cons: Too many to list here, but here are some:
1. The leadership team lacks direction.
2. Who you know is far more important than how hard or how much you contribute. It's a very political environment.
3. The cupcake culture is all fake. The "share your views" is fake.

Pros: We have great perks and benefits. The culture is generally pretty good. Good growth opportunities if you are willing to put in the work.
Cons: Dropbox has been shifting from startup-mode to steady-state company mode. This means things move slower and there's more bureaucracy.
