If you are fresh out of college, you will learn a lot.
Too many to list here, but here are some:
- The leadership team lacks direction.
- Who you know is far more important than how hard or how much you contribute. It's a very political environment.
- The cupcake culture is all fake. The "share your views" is fake.
Create a trustworthy environment and hold people accountable to it. Innovation will follow.
