Process

Phone screens and a full day of onsite interviews. My phone screen interviewer was great.

My interviewers onsite, especially for the coding questions, were horrible. The first interviewer asked me a question and kept restricting me, but when I ran out of ideas, he did not even try to hint. The second interviewer had serious social issues.
