On-campus process: Overall, it was very fast and efficient.
The interviewer was very friendly. He presented himself and the company, and asked about my background.
Whiteboard questions were fairly easy and required basic programming skills. They didn't care about the language I chose.
Didn't move forward due to lack of mutual interest.

Cons: For Anthem, Dropbox has picked Rightway as the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) and has opted to not cover GLP-1 medications. Rightway is known to convince employers to not cover these benefits. Dropbox would rather save money than provide comprehensive care.

Lack of direction...

Pros: Good benefits. Some teams have good culture, while others don't. It's a very humanized company to work for amongst all tech companies.
Good work-life balance. It used to be a great company.
Cons: Constant reorgs at the leadership level, lack of direction and CEO involvement, nepotism in many departments. The top is too hands off. Two layoffs so far, despite promises and stable cash flow.

Pros: The teammates were incredible, with really great collaboration through a virtual-first approach. The guaranteed work from home was amazing, the benefits were great, and it's a tech company that makes a product people love instead of something evil. It was easily five stars when I joined.
Cons: When I left, my team had about 3x the ownership responsibility with 2/3x the team size as when I joined. Repeated layoffs churned through institutional knowledge and left a good chunk of those remaining in KTLO hell. Leadership directed a good chunk of staff into an "AI" product that no one uses, and those remaining are stuck under awful Amazon-style top-down micromanagement.
