I received an online coding challenge the day after submitting my resume. A couple of days after completing the coding challenge, I was asked to set up an hour-long phone interview.

Pros: The virtual-first approach with Dropbox continues to provide solid boundaries between work and life. They are a top-notch remote company.
Cons: The pay for markets outside of SF. There was a solid 10 percent pay decrease which didn't consider that the metro I'm in is equivalently expensive to SF. I do the same work as my colleagues in SF and am paid less.

Pros: Exciting business space.
Coworkers are both smart and good to work with.
Many opportunities to learn; movement among teams is common.
Engineering on-boarding program eases you into the engineering workflow.
Plenty of perks, like 3 meals a day, snacks and beverages at all times, all provided for.
100 dollars per month allowance for health and wellness.
Transparent culture.
Cons: - Vacation time is not accrued.
