Pros: I've been blown away by the people here and the amount of focus they have on bringing the best of the best into this amazing company culture. It's awesome that they emphasize making an impact and keeping their employees happy by continually challenging them and giving them so much awesome stuff to work on.

Cons: Since I've started at the company, I haven't left work before 7 at night, which isn't too late. It just makes me worry a little bit for how long I will start staying in the future when I get more ramped up.

Pros: The food is okay; they ended the bakery recently.

Cons: There is no direction or vision. A lot of leadership at the lower levels don't really know how to translate strategy into executable initiatives. Workflows are completely siloed, and re-organizations lead to several re-hashes of the same project. Several layers of management are arbitrarily introduced to squash accountability to the individual contributor level. There's a cultural gap within teams, pronounced when members speak on professional matters in different languages. People are praised and promoted for delivering band-aid solutions which don't address some core issues within the tech stack, and others are assigned to maintain it. Constant turnover for some of the strategic leadership positions.

Pros: Good work-life balance and culture.

Cons: No business outlook. Direction keeps changing.
