They sent me a basic HackerRank challenge (not too difficult, but I messed something up right at the end so it wouldn't compile). Then, they sent me an email about two weeks later with a rejection.

This was a basic hour-long HackerRank question. I was given the same one as others who applied, but I assume the questions change year to year.

Pros: I've been blown away by the people here and the amount of focus they have on bringing the best of the best into this amazing company culture. It's awesome that they emphasize making an impact and keeping their employees happy by continually challenging them and giving them so much awesome stuff to work on.
Cons: Since I've started at the company, I haven't left work before 7 at night, which isn't too late. It just makes me worry a little bit for how long I will start staying in the future when I get more ramped up.

Pros: - Decent compensation.
- Top-notch benefits.
- Remote-first culture.
- Folks from L1 to L5 are pretty good; they are talented and kind.
Cons: - Leadership (specifically the new VPs of EPD, yes, we have new VPs for Engineering, Product, and Design) is clueless.
- Core: Has nothing interesting to do, and the Engineering LT in Core has an extremely low hiring bar.
- Dash: Talented people, decent LT, no idea how to make people pay for Dash.
- Career growth is almost impossible, especially L4 onwards, unless you are buddies with the right people.

Pros: PPO and HMO options available.
Cons: For Anthem, Dropbox has picked Rightway as the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) and has opted to not cover GLP-1 medications. Rightway is known to convince employers to not cover these benefits. Dropbox would rather save money than provide comprehensive care.
