HackerRank followed by a coding phone screen with an engineer. The engineer showed up 10 minutes late.

The recruiter then wanted to schedule a time to talk, then cancelled on me 20 minutes beforehand and didn't try to reschedule until two weeks later. I didn't continue the process after this.

Pros: - I love my view from the Tower. - I have a ton of options since I came pretty early. - Lots of cool people to work with.

Cons: So much dilution in shares that everyone who thinks we're going to be rich from this IPO is delusional. So many young managers hurt the morale of the teams. Honestly, these kids are way too inexperienced. We're far behind in the Enterprise space but kicking butt in the Consumer space. I think it's too late to catch up on the Enterprise side, but for some reason, we keep wasting time and energy here.

Cons: So much dilution in shares that everyone who thinks we're going to be rich from this IPO is delusional. So many young managers hurt the morale of the teams. Honestly, these kids are way too inexperienced. We're far behind in the Enterprise space but kicking butt in the Consumer space. I think it's too late to catch up on the Enterprise side, but for some reason, we keep wasting time and energy here.
