Hackerrank -> Technical Phone Screen -> On-site Interviews (5) -> Hiring Committee Decision
This was by far the most fun interview process I've had. The Hackerrank challenge was not one of those impossible ones under the time limit, but was pretty tricky, which I liked. I was passed to the technical phone screen and really enjoyed that interview. I think I was asked something about storing data that, in the real world, represents a 2D space, and was then asked to scale it and how I would optimize that.
I was then moved on to the on-site interviews, which were really cool. The people are really nice and smart. The questions are not just standard; you could feel they were testing actual skills you will need on the job (i.e., how to solve simple problems at scale, how to do simple multi-threading).
One thing I really liked is the lunch, which is not really an interview but a chance to talk to someone at the company informally and enjoy their amazing food.
Overall, I loved the company and the people who interviewed me.
