Process
I just processed an online assessment currently, named Folders and Cows. It is to resolve the problem between cows and folders. I used a tree. One of the most important parts of hunting is to review algorithms as much as you can.

Pros: I've been blown away by the people here and the amount of focus they have on bringing the best of the best into this amazing company culture. It's awesome that they emphasize making an impact and keeping their employees happy by continually challenging them and giving them so much awesome stuff to work on.
Cons: Since I've started at the company, I haven't left work before 7 at night, which isn't too late. It just makes me worry a little bit for how long I will start staying in the future when I get more ramped up.
