Pros

Young and vibrant culture. Everyone wants to succeed.

Cons

Poor work-life balance. Culture praises execution over creativity. Employees focus too much on IPO versus being a great company. Strategy changes too much.

Advice to Management

Hire stronger leaders. Stop promoting young leaders who have minimal experience.

Focus on our strengths. Stop trying to play catchup to our competitors.

Understand why employees are leaving for our competitors or other companies. Learn from our mistakes.

Refocus the company away from IPO and towards a better vision as an organization.

Stop wasting money on poor technological decisions.

Align everyone from the bottom up on who we are as a company and what vision we are truly trying to pursue. The chaos and confusion is really demoralizing all employees.
