Great culture and work environment.
Everyone I've worked with has been great to work with, and I've learned so much from many people.
Engineers around the company are very helpful to people they've never met.
Many teams have a lot of tech debt. The development environment can be very painful to debug. KTLO for most teams is much higher than at many other companies.
Need to be more careful about the impact of big foundational projects. One team I was on spent 50-75% of its effort reacting to infrastructure changes forced on it.
