People. Everyone here is super nice and helpful.
- Virtual first: Personally, I would rather be back in the office, but I've had good career opportunities which have convinced me to stay.
- Reorg: Usually, there's a company re-org every year. This year's (2021) was smaller in scale.

Senior Software Engineer
Very pleasant interview experience. The process was pretty typical: * A conversation with a recruiter. * A technical phone screen. * An on-site interview, which was split over two days. This was nice in a way, but it also drew the process out.
