Testing times reveal true character. It has always been amazing to work for a good company and be surrounded by smart people. But when COVID-19 Shelter in Place came in, Dropbox ensured that the workforce, health, and personal life were the highest priority. It is truly comforting that this company not only delivers as a team but also takes care of its people.
Frequent restructuring of teams causes slowdown and indifference. But with new vision and direction, we might see less of this.

Senior Software Engineer
Very pleasant interview experience. The process was pretty typical: * A conversation with a recruiter. * A technical phone screen. * An on-site interview, which was split over two days. This was nice in a way, but it also drew the process out.
