Pros: Quick and efficient onboarding process. People were helpful from the beginning. Very interesting product and tasks.

Cons: Manager (at Dynatrace, this role is called the Team Captain) is not trained and not fit to lead a team of seasoned software developers. They would better fulfill their skills at a hardware store or as a warehouse manager. Strong focus on Agile processes and ceremonies instead of the product and delivering business value. Pettiness and ongoing accounting for the smallest mistakes. Micromanagement and lack of trust in the team members result in creating a very stressful atmosphere.

Pros: Good atmosphere and interesting tasks.

Cons: Corporate processes and initiatives. Troubles with promotions.
