I applied online. The process took one week.
I had my HR screening call with Dynatrace recently. Here is my honest take. The call was around twenty minutes, which is pretty standard stuff. The recruiter was friendly and organized, and walked me through the role, asked about my experience and motivation, and checked availability and salary expectations. There was nothing unexpected. What I appreciated was that they were upfront about the process and next steps. It didn't feel like I was left guessing. I am still waiting to hear back, so I can't speak to the full process yet. I will update once I know more.
