Process

The interview process was structured as follows:

  • The first round was a phone screening with HR. They explained Dynatrace, its business, and the position. In this round, they asked about my expectations and what I was looking for to assess initial fit.

  • The second round was with the lead of the BCN Lab and a tech expert. This interview was very interesting and felt like a conversation. They were interested in my overall experience and allowed me to explore how the company aligned with my values. It included many technical questions and a Pluralsight test.

  • The third round involved a code pairing session in a conference room with different team leads. During this interview, they focused on my practical coding experience, problem-solving approach, and solution generation. The problem I had to solve was a common one, the famous to-do list.

  • The interview process concluded with a final call from HR presenting the offer and explaining the benefits in detail.

I really liked the whole process. The interviewers were very nice and open, and the HR team was clear and straightforward, keeping me updated throughout.
