Senior UI Developer Interview Experience - Detroit, Michigan
Process
First, HR called and arranged a 30-minute phone interview. Then, they arranged a Skype interview with the development manager. It seemed to go quite well. I was told I would get a call in the next couple of days for an in-person interview.
After a week of waiting and one email saying she would get back to me on a date, I sent another email asking for status and was told they were going with someone else. If I had not emailed, they would never have called, like other companies I have met with.
