Dynatrace products are known in the market. They have good quality. The job is interesting.
The atmosphere in the company is very difficult. The new HR team is toxic and aggressive. People are afraid to talk because HR often does not understand the company culture and jokes. They escalate and make conflicts without any reason.
Engineers do not work on the tasks; they are losing time on problems that are not normal problems, but rather the obsession of HR. I am very tired and would like to leave this company. Management does not care.
