There is too little transparency regarding management decisions towards the employees. Internal pulse surveys often do not reflect reality, and the opportunities for anonymous participation in pulse surveys have not improved in recent months.

HR call, then setting up, then tech team. Team then task, then no response for ages. Short process, but no valuable information about the decision. Waste of time and energy.
