Pros: Very good work-life balance. Everyone works from 10 AM to 6 PM; no one works overtime. Free tea sessions on both Monday and Friday. For juniors, it is a good place to learn building large-scale products.
Cons: Decisions are made slowly. The leadership team struggles to help the company move forward.
