The interview process was inconsistent and disappointing. The interviewer initially set clear constraints for the coding problem, but midway through, silently changed the expectations. I followed the instructions and completed what was asked, and the interviewer even acknowledged that the work was solid. However, I wasn’t given a chance to complete the final part, which would have taken just a few more minutes.
Instead, the feedback mentioned lacking problem-solving ability — which was never reflected in how the interview was conducted. It felt like the outcome was predetermined, regardless of performance. The process was not transparent or fair.
