I applied on their website, then was contacted by a recruiter.
We discussed my background, skills, and interests, and then a technical phone interview was scheduled.
The interview was normal, with some basic Java questions and one programming problem:

Pros: This used to be a great place to work.
The only good thing about this company are the people who are not in management, who are left wondering why so many unnecessary and detrimental changes have been made in recent months.
I like the regular folk that work in the regular jobs, who are left scratching their heads every day as to why this company is being driven into the ground by Donahue.
Cons: If it wasn't for this terrible economy, I would be out of this place where people are treated like cattle.
Management is a bunch of buffoons who like to make crazy rules to justify their jobs.
Ebay will probably go out of business due to poor management left to make despotic rules unchecked.
Did I mention that I hate this place I work at? I HATE IT HERE!

Pros: The intern work staff is awesome at setting events, housing everyone relatively close, and making your summer super enjoyable.
Cons: eBay is going through some massive changes. Sometimes the hierarchy prevents you from getting anything done. In another aspect, it's good because you can make some cool stuff in light of innovation.
