Process
Initial contact was from an eBay recruiter based on my LinkedIn profile. We set up an initial get-to-know-you call that was short and sweet.
Next, I arranged for an initial face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. This was fairly informal but went well, with mostly background questions and not a lot of tough ones.
The second round of interviews was with a couple of potential peer managers. Again, it was fairly informal but did include a few technical questions.
I didn't hear from them again after the second round, and they did not respond to my email queries.
