Process
The HR process after an interview can take a long time (three weeks in my case), although the onsite interview itself is well-planned. The post-interview process might also take a few weeks, so be patient.

Pros: It has an amazing work culture. I really like to work at eBay. I focus on work from 9 to 5 and thus never need to work at home.
Cons: I feel that the growth in the company is a bit slow.

Great place to work, lots of process and some politics
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Jose, California, United States
July 1, 2012
Pros: Good salary and benefits. If you work hard and flaunt your accomplishments, making your boss look good, you can get recognized. They are trying hard to foster employee retention and growth, so you're encouraged to develop your skills through classes outside of work and to apply to other positions within.
Cons: Lots of repetitive discussions about solutions to a problem can just postpone its implementation.
Processes have been getting simpler, but they still exist and can be a pain.
Some dead sticks in the water (bad employees).
Long hours and some weekend work are a reality.
