I was unfortunate to work for eBay/Marktplaats Amsterdam as a contractor via MBA (Michael Bailey's Associates), who hire developers, SREs, etc., for them. They lie during the interview, stating they need skilled people. Once you're hired, they only send you to meetings, answer support emails, and such. One piece of advice would be to stay away from teams with Italian team leaders/managers. The other is: MBA will try to terminate your contract immediately without paying you the notice period agreed upon in the contract. Sue them immediately and read twice what you sign.
