7. Feels like a less predatory type of company compared to other big tech companies; employees seem to be really valuable to them.
8. Excellent work-life balance; most of the time, you don't feel such significant pressure as at Google or Microsoft.

1. Terms are nice, but there are better terms in companies like Google and Microsoft.
2. Can be a bit slow, due to some teams which get development stuck when it comes to their responsibility.
3. Can involve more up-to-date technologies (although Java and React aren't old).

Keep growing the business, keep smiling and being compassionate to both employees and customers. Move uncollaborative and slow people from the way, and invest in growing the talents within eBay.
