Reasonable expectations and good work-life balance. I wasn't asked or expected to work more than 40 hours per week. It didn't seem like any of the full-time people on my team put in more than 40.
My manager and team were chill and gave me freedom when I asked for it and guidance when I asked for it.
My team was knowledgeable and very helpful. They had the time to actually help me if I was stuck or needed advice.
I think quality depends on the team. I lucked out, but make sure you get a positive vibe from your hiring manager while interviewing. Some other interns mentioned that they didn't start programming until 4 weeks into their internship.
