- Lot of free time and can invest in self-development.
- Decent compensation and bonus.

Execs are big-time losers. They don't make and can't make any decisions.

No space for discussions or bright ideas. Always very risk-averse.

Don't build real products but just chase money.

Product management doesn't exist.

Old-timers are the biggest bane to this place. They stick around doing nothing.

Lack of clarity, lack of aspirations from leadership and middle management also.
Move to a bank or insurance company and let technologists manage this place.
