I love working for eBay! The leadership is very supportive of employees, and the pay is great. Benefits are good, and the work is challenging but not overwhelming.
Time off is not stellar, but not the worst either.
Continue setting good company objectives and tying teams' work to company goals. Also, keep supporting employee growth and good work/life integration.
