Pays well compared to other companies.
Too many layers of managers/exec, not enough people doing the work. It used to be a place where people could be innovative, but given how the company has been running in the past couple of years, it's a place with too many problems incurred from the past and no time to think ahead.
Trim company size by 25%, reduce the management layers, and have the people focus on a few initiatives, not 1000.
