They truly care about their employees to a level I have never seen before. The product is amazing, and the sales prove it.
Historically, the company was for geeks, by geeks. The customer set has reached enterprise levels, and many of those strategies do not work for the enterprise customer. It takes a lot of effort to assure a world-class experience for customers, as many processes are not made with best practices. This continues to improve and is part of the growing pains.
