Honestly, I can’t find any now. Elastic surely was a good place to work till last year.
Wrong recruiters, especially tech leads. Engineers, leads, and managers are going in a direction they don’t believe in. Politics. Fire anyone who has been running elastics for years to please those who cannot compete with them. Good people are leaving, and only people with responsibilities or new joiners are staying. Definitely not a good place to work.
