Process

The first interview round was with the HR Recruiter. It was around 30 minutes, and we talked about the position, an introduction about me, work terms, etc.

Mr. Alberto, the HR recruiter, was my primary point of contact. He was very friendly and responsive; he was even reachable outside of normal work hours.

The second interview was with the team that I am going to work with. Questions were high-level and non-technical. We talked about the projects, the role in more detail, and my current experiences.

The next round was the technical interview, in the topics of data management, web design, and work ethics, and ended with a JavaScript coding challenge. The challenge was fun and not hard to solve.

The last interview was with the team manager and a senior software engineer. It's an extra interview for short-listed candidates and was mostly behavioral questions to know about how my current work routine looks like and how I would behave in specific scenarios (e.g., there's something you want to improve but the deadline is near).

Each interview lasted about an hour (except for the first one). The interviewers made me feel comfortable, and I felt like talking to my colleagues, as we shared a high level of consensus.
