Your managers don't understand the extent of your job, don't train you, then throw you to the wolves, as well as use you as a scapegoat to protect their own skin.
Stop having so many cooks in the kitchen for everything. We had more managers than in "Office Space," and they don't communicate with each other. Train your employees. Set expectations instead of piling your own responsibilities onto your employees year over year.
